The employees and manager have always gone above and beyond for me. I had several issues with my acct and they worked so hard to ensure that my issues were resolved. Plus, they keep me in mind for all sales and let me know personally when things they know I purchase often are on sale. Definitely going to utilize their classes as well, to keep up with my required CE hours.
