Associate didn’t even attempt to come from behind the counter and help at all. She watched me shop in confusion for 15 minutes and when I got to the counter she told me that I was unable to purchase my items without a cosmetology license. I wasted time and felt extremely unwelcomed. She was so short and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. The employees and manager have always gone above and beyond for me. I had several issues with my acct and they worked so hard to ensure that my issues were resolved. Plus, they keep me in mind for all sales and let me know personally when things they know I purchase often are on sale.
Person that works there with red hair was rude and unhelpful.
