Came here several times, always closed during business hours. Just shut down this location since no one is ever there.
it’s happened about 5 times now when i arrive around 9am and the store opens at 8:30 but it’s completely locked and associates are most likely in the back as all lights are on. When you call to ask them to open the door, no one answer and you wait 15+ minutes for someone to walk up and unlock the door. the kicker here is they will do a bunch of things before unlocking the door even thought they see you waiting and are never apologetic. I am so frustrated with this store. I’ve come here over a dozen times in the last two weeks and the store is always closed! Doesn’t matter if it’s 1pm on a Tuesday, or 4pm on a Thursday. I’m actually here right now at 9:44am and they’re closed! I had to awkwardly help their employee lock their door at 4:30pm two weeks ago without having a chance to buy my color. Good customer service even when understaffed.. I had to come back and edit my review due to the fact that this location is no longer open on Saturdays. Come on guys. .. Even Alameda is open until 1pm, you have salon suites right next to your location. This should be incentive enough to be open EVERY DAY. I get that all businesses have had to make shifts in the post-Covid shut-down world, but this particular location frequently prepare to close well before hours posted on the website and the business.
