I just left the Lansing, Mi. Saginaw HWY. location. The girl at the checkout “ Sabrina Z.” was rude and unwelcoming. She barely spoke above a whisper and had the personality of a turnip. I have been in the beauty business for almost 40 years and this unprofessional behavior is a sure way to lose business at your store!!! She never said hello or thank you .
