This is the worst salon store i've been to. In order just to buy one box of hair dye you have to have an account set up with them. If not they're allowed to turn you away and refuse service. Even after asking to set up an account with them, they still refuse to allow me to. This is a really shady business. And I will no longer sit there and try to shop anywhere within salon centric because that is discrimination towards people who apparently that don't have an accounts. Everyone is always friendly. The store is always stocked. Which I really appreciate!
Posted open times on the business door and on the Internet are apparently incorrect. Really don't enjoy driving out of my way to a place that I check the time beforehand and yet, it's not open. Completely unprofessional.
