Just left Salon Centric in Castleton, it was as busy as can be and their registers were giving them an issue and running so slowwww! However the girls working behind the counter ROCKED IT OUT!! I know they were stressed but they didn't show it and I didn't hear one person in line complain, they deserve recognition for the way they handled today, maybe a big ol' bucket of Rita's!! ❤
On Monday, October 5th, I went to Salon Centric West store. I arrived at 07:57am. (store opens at 08:00am.), and tried the door to see if the store was actually open, since it happened before, but the door was locked. Not a big deal, I could’ve waited another 3 min., but what happened next is simply not acceptable by any means. I got yelled “WAITE!!!” by staff Pauline who stood behind reception.
