Bring back C.B SUllivan! Customer service is terrible and it’s not a very happy place to shop.
I will never order anything from this place again. After I ordered a styling chair on April 12th from the Portland Salon Centric equipment rep. Received the chair and it was damaged then requested and replacement chair. The equipment guy Mike has yet to return my multiple message there for I called customer service this Monday. Was told by them that the replace chair was never order. She said it would get to me by Wednesday as of now Saturday I have no replacement chair. This issue is yet to be resolved.
