I’ve been shopping here for 20 years. Ever since they hired a new lady, with short blonde hair, who seems to be there 24/7 now (REALLY miss the brunette with the accent! Kindest, sweetest, most knowledgeable, best salon centric employee they’ve EVER had there) I’ve really not enjoyed my experiences here. She’s quite unkind and very condescending in her answers.
