This salon centric is typically my go to store. Always well stocked and friendly staff. But today I ordered an in-store pickup order I went to go pick it up 3 hours after I placed it. I received 2 emails saying it was ready and hour after I had placed it. I show up and it was not ready. I love the folks here - the staff are helpful and the store is typically well-stocked! Just a note, this is a “professional only” retailer, so you must have a cosmetology license to purchase from here.

We don’t have the right card so we where turn down so we don’t want to go back it called bad business

The store for licensed professionals is beautifully remodeled with ample space and brand signage above the shelves. Michelle was very nice and did a great job helping me find products for my son’s wavy hair. After years of shopping at Cosmoprof, this was a nice change of pace. I will definitely be back.
