I placed an online order for pickup at this location, once I picked up my order, the cashier told me my invoice will be sent via email. I waited for my email and didn’t receive it until the next day. I found out I was double charged for an item I didn’t receive. Went back to the store to get my refund for an item I Did Not Receive but unfortunately they couldn’t help! So now I have to call customer service. So ladies be careful and check your receipt.
My wife went into this store location and said there were 3 girls there working that stood there talking about what they did the night before , did not greet her , ask if she needed any assistance, or tell her about the brand promotions going on . Horrible customer service. Shed rather wait in traffic off mckinley and go to the one over there .
