I had a terrible experience with an employee. I believe her name is Jessica. The comment she made under her breath made me walk out immediately I will take my business to cosmoprof
Jessica needs to be fired I cannot believe this store allows such an individual to continue working here
Checkout girl thought I was using another persons account bc I couldn’t pull up the app quick enough even though I was buying hundreds of dollars worth of color, I think it’s my account. I also had the app open right Infront of her , just couldn’t find my scanner Id in 2 secs like she wanted and then proceeded to rudely want id or address confirmation AFTER seeing not only the app but also having my number in the system. Rude and doing too much. Won’t be spending my money here again
