Awful customer service! Rude and disrespectful. I will not be back.
No signage on the doors saying that they only sell to cosmetology professionals or students. Went in there to look for some new hair color only to get told that they can't sell to the public(only cosmetology professionals and students) and I would also need to create an account. Kinda false advertising of no signage is visible!
Shelly and Amanda should NOT be working at SalonCentric. My Esthetician class went there as a little field trip and we were treated with nothing but disrespect from the second we walked in the door till the second we left. We also had to come right back because they had a BOGO deal ALL over the store and the tag even said the deal was for the entire brand but the ladies said it was only for one specific item on their tables.
