Employés are Nice but be warned you have to download the app prior to checkout or you’ll have to sit there with the horrible signal trying to get it to download! NOT A REWARDS NUMBER STORE ANYMORE! You cannot use your phone number and have to show or tell them your salon centric number!
Mismanaged store who doesn't train employees well...or it's the manager who has the issue since I am not sure who I spoke to today. I agree with the other reviewer who posted about a rude employee. I don't remember the girl's name but she had blue and purple hair. She treated me like a convict trying to rob her store. I was under the impression that my mom and I were following store policies by adding my name to her account. She lives out of state and still wanted me to be able to buy my face lotion and shampoo.
