Been shopping here for over a year and it’s the same…rude and unhelpful employees and nothing gets updated in their app/website. Go the extra couple of miles to the Broadway location, they are much nicer and helpful! Or go down the street to Cosmoprof!

Terrible waxing supply selection, not Esthi friendly. Clarissa (Assistant Manager) called me babe while smacking her gum & being extremely condescending. Wildly unprofessional & wasn’t unable to look up my account-or reregister need be.
