Always great customer service every time I’ve been to this location! They’re knowledgeable, and everything is organized so I can go in and quickly get everything I need.
Staff member doesn't seem to know that our Arizona cosmetology licenses are renewed every two years. This is coming from someone who I know has worked at the Broadway location for many years. Maybe basic math should be re-taught to the employees. 🤷🏻♀️ Cosmoprof employees are way friendlier, knowledgeable and outwardly helpful. I will only shop at Salon Centric if I absolutely have to.
