As of late every time I come into the store, they do not have what I need. They are always out of wax strips or they don't have a specific brand of gloves. The size or brand I need. They don't stock the shelves and when I am questioning about it, they'll tell me we have shipments and we haven't went through the boxes yet so I asked when are you going through the boxes? I shop here a lot and I notice they are very selective of who they speak to or welcome in. I can always count on them to be in the same aisle as me though without offering help or saying a word and I normally ignore it but it's starting to bother me. Otherwise they have a great selection of things I need.

I hate to leave a less than perfect review for a place that I frequent so often. I think that the people who work here are decent people who care. But what I do not understand, is how trying to use the benefits of the app to place an order turns into me having to pay twice for an item with the hopes of a reimbursement through my card payment. Don’t think about coming here at 5:40… 20 mins before they “CLOSE.” They lock the doors. If that’s the case, change your hours to correlate with the time that you lock your doors. What a waste of a trip.
