Mitzy the Assistant manager is the worst for customer service. All the other employees are always super helpful, but mitzy just seems like she doesn’t want to help and it’s such an inconvenience for her. I hate to leave 3 star review because of one bad apple, but every time I go she just makes me feel horrible for interacting with her. I believe she is the gray haired lady.
