The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly
I had the best experience today & I wanted to make sure I shouted out Hanah @ this location! Hanah helped me come up with the cutest idea for a gift to give my daughter & her cheer team! (16 girls total!!) She showed me all the products that were on sale, she showed me how I could break up gift sets and give those as gifts, ect. normally i love this store. I came on a saturday at 11:30 & the doors were locked. All the lights are on no note. I tried calling the store 3 times & no answer very frustrating.
This location has the best customer service! Hanah and Aliyah had fast, and quality service that literally made my whole day- in fact, I plan on making this location my regular stop for beauty supplies because of my experience from these two. When I needed a specific color, Salon Centric always came through.... unlike other companies I've been to, who are out of the product I need about 40% of the time.
