I've been coming here for years and the customer service has always been horrible, after they revamped the store there was a very short period where it seemed to get better as far as the customer service goes but as of late, it's even worse, in particular an employee named Karla seems to get irritated with any questions asked regarding products. It's unfortunate because a beauty supply store should be fun to walk in to.
Every single time I try to shop here I have problems logging into the app. The girls who work here are rude and mean.
Every single time I come here there’s either a forgotten item in my order, or they tell me they’re out of something but I find it the minute I walk into the store. Customer service is hit or miss too. Most of the employees are rude. Only go here when I can’t make it to the sparks one. The sparks employees are AMAZING.
