The staff there is great. Whenever I have a question they are nice and knowledgeable
Customer service sucks here, couldn’t even get replacement shampoo that wasn’t already pre-opened. I had a rolling of the eyes from the staff, newsflash, you are in the wholesale business I’m your client making me happy is part of your business model. Making my clients happy is mine, they don’t like open bottles of shampoo when they’re buying it retail or at all. This isn’t the first time that’s why I checked them at the counter at purchase. Thankfully there’s other salon centric in the area and online.
