ZERO STARS—but they won’t let you choose zero stars. This was nightmare from beginning to end. To an objective observer, Jackie behaved as if she was under the influence of alcohol or some other substance….As I was leaving the house to go to my noon appt she sent a text saying she was running late, could I come at 1. If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. The owner of this business was a "no show" the morning of my daughter’s bridal shower. Although I’m not a client of this salon, I thought I’d try it out since I live in the area and was actually looking to use a new place for my hair. She gave me a 9 am appointment to have my hair curled for this special occasion. Jackie is the bomb. I came in with a horrendous dye job from another salon and was almost in tears thinking nothing can fix it. Jackie literally spent TWO DAYS coloring and correcting my hair until it finally came out looking GORGEOUS. Thank you Jackie
