Always a wonderful experience at Luminous in Springboro. I see Jaden (and always make appointments on the Fresha app which is very convenient.) His work is always amazing and quick without cutting corners! I know several friends that also go to Luminous that see different techs and they all are very happy with the services they get! I recommend this nail salon to people weekly!
I’ve been here so many times now, too many actually. I was just there again the other night with a friend and we both got basic pedicures. She said she paid $41 but they charged me $51 for the SAME service. Looks like my previous review was also removed which basically said almost every time I’m here I’m waiting 30+ min even with an appointment. Do not recommend.
Love this place. Easy to make on line appointments, staff is friendly, and Jaden does an awesome job!
I’ve been coming here for years. Wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere! Jaden is the best! All the staff is so friendly and they have great hours!
