My hair is absolutely ruined. I went in for color and my hair has never been worse. The hairstylist was so rough with the blowout and ripped pieces out of my hair to the point my hair constantly looks frizzy both natural and straightened. I now have a bunch of uneven hairs throughout my hair that looks horrible and I don’t even know how to manage it. I really hate leaving reviews like this and I sincerely hope the stylist just had an off day or something. The experience + cut isn't horrible but it's just not satisfactory either. To be blunt (much like the ends of my hair) - I was googling supercuts and other fast haircut places <30min after leaving this place. The best salon in New York! The team at Salon 5W is awesome. With junior stylists Caitlin and Theresa, the price point is great and I am always so pleased with their work! They always bring my Pinterest board inspo to life!
