Michelle did an amazing job on my color and blow out!! She discussed process before getting to work and gave me a game plan left with beautiful hair
I really hate leaving reviews like this and I sincerely hope the stylist just had an off day or something. The experience + cut isn't horrible but it's just not satisfactory either. To be blunt (much like the ends of my hair) - I was googling supercuts and other fast haircut places <30min after leaving this place. The best salon in New York! The team at Salon 5W is awesome. With junior stylists Caitlin and Theresa, the price point is great and I am always so pleased with their work! They always bring my Pinterest board inspo to life!
I have been going to Salon5W for many years now! I can’t say enough about how great they are! Professional and friendly! I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else!
