I visited Salon 5 today and honestly had a wonderful experience. Sundus did my hair color, and I absolutely loved her work — she was very professional and the result was beautiful. Btissam did my blow-dry, and she did an amazing job; my hair looked perfect. After coloring, I also did a hair smooth treatment, and I loved the result. I paid $190 for this service and the result was extremely unprofessional. The color was sloppy, uneven, and poorly blended, with heavy staining along my hairline, scalp, ears, and face. The photos I posted were taken inside the salon immediately after the service When I calmly raised my concerns, Sundus dismissed them and told me it would “go away after another wash.” I asked her to wash it again, and then she changed her story and said it wouldn’t go away for a month and that this was “normal,” as if I’ve never had my hair ... read more

This salon is beautiful and elegant. Everyone who works here is very nice, especially Sundus. She does my hair, and this is my fourth time with her. I truly feel she works from her heart and puts great care into her work. I highly recommend this place.
