Don't get burned! I Just sent my wife here to get all dolled up for Easter photos and it was a HUGE mistake. Her hair is chemically burned, broken, and looks nothing like what she asked for. This place is horrible.

My first time here and I am leaving with white hair after asking for blonde, the frame of my face is ruined with the oddest bangs after my hair broke off from what I can only assume was the stylist over-bleaching. All I asked was for the roots of my hair to match the rest of that blonde strand at the face frame. The worst part is that I am just noticing this as I’m looking at myself in the mirror, after leaving the salon, after being charged full price. After this, no one picks up the phone. Salon 1012 has the most amazing team! Everyone in the salon has worked on my hair at some point, either with Jaque prior to moving to this location, or at Salon 1012. I would trust Jaque and Tori with any and every request! I have brought them inspiration photos, and asked them to experiment, and they have always done an exceptional job! Every single one of their stylists have been trained by Jaque and Tori, and have excelled! I would feel comfortable having any of them work on my hair.
