I stopped by Salon You last Friday to make a retail purchase, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t very welcoming. When I walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance, even though three staff members were at the desk. I had to initiate the interaction by saying hello. While I was checking out, one of the employees (possibly a supervisor) was visibly upset and speaking loudly about another staff member leaving early and not cleaning up.
