I came in the other day for a haircut, and while my hairdresser was very kind and did a great job, my experience wasn’t the best. Firstly, many of the salon assistants weren’t very friendly, one who was brushing my hair complained to the stylist that it was really knotty right it front of me (it wasn’t, I just have curly hair) and just overall seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Chereine did my hair two weeks ago, and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had! She was not only incredibly skilled but also thoughtful and personable, making me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Had a lovely experience with Jessie on the weekend! She listened to what I wanted and was able to recreate exactly what I had wanted! My hair looks so fresh and bright, and the cut is exactly the vibe I wanted. Not only was the service great, Jessie is such a lovely person too. Thank you to the young lady that gave me a head massage- you were fab too ☻ will be back!!
