Kaitlyn truly cares about her clients. Due to health issues I was not only losing my hair but did not have enough strength to hold my light weight dryer in one hand and a styling brush in the other. On her own time Kaitlyn researched products until she found one that would work for me. Without hesitation I ordered her recommendation and after I received it I went in for a demonstration. Great root touch up for stubborn greys. I also get waxing services from Kait, those are great as well. Plus she is one of the only people in this area that does sugaring. Has lots of experience and is skilled in waxing.
Owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional
Kaitlyn is very knowledgeable and friendly at what she does. I got the BEST color ever and finding the blonde shade I need is not easy. Kaitlyn is a miracle worker and I highly recommend salon xo. GREAT ATMOSPHERE!
