Spoke to the owner today (Corey) about my issue that I had with a staff member. He sorted everything out and wanted to make things right which I truly appreciate Corey you are amazing and thanks heaps for sorting everything out.
Staff are so helpful and friendly
Horrible horrible service. Worst service I’ve ever had if you don’t wanna have a job in retail don’t work there. I’ve never been so appalled by the behaviour of staff my sister came in to buy a darker copper colour as I was at work and wasn’t able to make it down to the shops me being fully qualified hairdresser who was there the day before spending 150 something dollars on products?
