The response from the owner to my complaint is inaccurate and incorrect… the store manager was rude and aggressive… please read the long list of other complaints in Google Reviews and do not bother supporting this business. You can purchase these products anywhere - why support a business that does not value your loyalty and support. salon world is great been going for years! i came to pickup a click and collect it was a big box and the staff member helped me bring it to my car as i had my 2 little kids with me. very helpful and attentive!
I’ve been a loyal customer here for over three years, but after my experience today, I’m seriously reconsidering where I buy my supplies. On Thurs 12th of March I bought a faulty can of dry shampoo. Over the weekend when I went to use it the aerosol was defective, spraying sporadically. On Mon the 16th of March, I dropped in to get a replacement and unfortunately I was met with immediate resistance. They sold me an expired product and refused to take responsibility as the seller. I will never buy from them again. There is no after-sales service. Very bad customer service.
