I'd give ZERO stars if it let me! Nancy gave me THE WORST and I do mean THE WORST haircut I've gotten in my entire life! She should NOT be cutting hair, she is not a stylist, she's a fake! My hair was long, down to the middle of my back and I wanted it cut in long layers. I took 2 pictures with me of what I wanted my hair to look like after she cut it and she said "ok, I can do that, lay the pictures on my desk for my reference."
