I came in for a simple fade last week. Nice salon very clean but dead empty, after the hair cut I realized it was very long up top. I came back in to get it fixed because I understand mistakes happen so Came back and it ended up messed up in the back some how ? So I call the guy Al and let him know I am wanting to do a refund due to him being at his other business I was going go to great clips and get my hair fixed.
