This review is for Emma, the massage therapist. Most excellent services. I've gotten multiple sessions from her. She is amongst the best in the area for sure! I get 4, 2-hour sessions a month and they're really helpful and I look forward to them very much.
I have heard great things about this place by many in our community and was excited to book the very first haircut for my little. The booking online was great. Today, one week before the appointment I was notified by text, in an unprofessional manner, I needed to pick another date. I thought the text was spam. I then reached out directly and was told that stylist has decided to take that day off and that this happens frequently. Now we are left scrambling the week before school starts.
