I have heard great things about this place by many in our community and was excited to book the very first haircut for my little. The booking online was great. Today, one week before the appointment I was notified by text, in an unprofessional manner, I needed to pick another date. I thought the text was spam. A friend and I visited salon West on a weekend girl trip. Emma was my massage therapist and she was wonderful. It’s been a long time since I’ve I’ve had a massage that good. I also had cupping which I had never done before. Emma explained the process while she was working on my back and what to look for on the outcome. Highly recommend salon West and ask for Emma for your massage.
Had an excellent experience today! I visited Salon West for a men haircut and Bri did a great job. Got exactly the haircut I wanted with a great fade, razor neck shave and hot towel. Everyone was super nice and Bri was great to chat to too :) Will be back next month for sure
