Avoid. Not a serious company. Ordered 2 bottles of unscented hand sanitizer, which turned out to be foul smelling (and a pump arrived broken). Emailed company to ask how to return the products (no physical address was even mentioned on their website 2 months ago), given they claim to offer a "30 day guarantee". They never replied to my emails. But they did reply to the credit card company after I disputed the transaction. I will not buy anything from them ever again.

This company is a scam.. They are not what their website shows!!! I ordered $203 in wax. I only received 3 cans.I ordered 18... I emailed them 3 times and now I have to contact my bank to try to get my money back.
Do not order from this company ordered 20 cans of wax and only received 2 cans. i have emailed and text message to number provided. This company is a scam. Please do not order from here. They get negative 5 stars from me
I had ordered 4 boxes of satin smooth honey wax and received only one. No one replies to the email complaint, nor to text. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I am trying to reach them to either send the missing items or refund the money but in vain.
