If your hair is very dark but you want a beautiful light balayage or highlights, think twice before going. My hair is black, and made an appointment with Savoeun, she wasn’t able to handle dark hair. I spent $500, and in the end, the top part of my hair barely had any color, while the ends looked patchy and ugly orange-yellow. And she kept making excuses, saying my hair texture was the problem. The first two photos are my results, the second two are reference pictures. I asked for layers and chunky blonde/ caramel highlights. My hair previously had blonde highlights and she made my whole head one one tone. I don’t think I asked for anything crazy or hard, my sisters and friends told me I’m chopped. It looks terrible. I chose Salon W because of their 5 star rating and was so disappointed with the overall outcome. The color isn’t what I asked for and the cut is just sadd! Thank you Egor I just want to say how amazing you were with me yesterday. Having to cut my hair off due to my chemotherapy treatment, you were so kind and patient with me as this was a very hard decision for me to make. You made what hair I’ll have left for now look absolutely beautiful and I’m very thankful for that. You did an absolute amazing job making me feel beautiful.
