I LOVEEEE MY HAIR Caydence did an amazing job and literally what i asked for!! im very scared when it comes to my hair from previous experiences but she did an amazing job and will definitely be coming back to see her for touch ups!!
Very disappointed with this salon. They never clearly explain their policies to clients, and when scheduling issues happen, they blame the customer instead of taking responsibility. I booked an appointment and it completely ruined my whole day schedule because of their poor communication and unprofessional service. A salon should respect clients’ time and treat people with understanding, not attitude. Definitely not the experience I expected.
I took my daughter to Salon Voss for a haircut. She asked for bangs, a U-cut, and some long layers. Overall, the style looked very nice and fresh, and the layers and U-shape were done beautifully. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the salon itself had a pleasant atmosphere. The only small issue was that her bangs came out a little uneven.
