Makayla C. at Salon Voss is the reason I keep coming back! She is professional and passionate. I have been getting my hair colored for many years with her, and she is the only one I trust to do my hair. I took my daughter to Salon Voss for a haircut. She asked for bangs, a U-cut, and some long layers. Overall, the style looked very nice and fresh, and the layers and U-shape were done beautifully. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the salon itself had a pleasant atmosphere. The only small issue was that her bangs came out a little uneven. I wasn't going to write a review, but then I called another salon, and the treatment there was night and day. I called to schedule a blowout, cut, and root touch-up, and I was looking for an estimate of the cost. The receptionist who books the appointments didn't like me asking that, eventually saying they're not allowed to give me a price over the phone. I don't understand that because there's a huge price range. What I do understand is that they can schedule the appointment (mind you, late fee and cancel fee are very clear... read more
