I’ve gone to get my hair cut and colored by Maya 3 times now. Before i was looking for someone to be my hairstylist and im feeling like i found her!! I have thicker hair that is wavyish- sometimes. Maya worked well my hair texture the first time which made me comfortable to go back and trust her with hair color. Maya listens and also let’s you know whats realistic in terms of what you’re wanting. She takes her time and does not double book which i can appreciate. She is also very responsive through DM. I unfortunately had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I booked my daughter’s appointment over the phone and specifically asked if they were able to work with curly hair since my daughter has 3B/3C curls and wanted her hair straightened before her first day of school. I was told they could so I booked the appointment. When we walked in the receptionist didn’t greet us at all.
