I had a mixed experience with Chelsea at Salon Virtue. She did an excellent job with my haircut, listening carefully and delivering exactly what I wanted. However, the hair coloring experience was disappointing. Chelsea recommended a foil treatment to address the harsh line between my dark roots and damaged ends, which I agreed to.
