They cancelled my son's appointment without notifying us. My son was in the salon waiting for 1 hour when my hair was being done. After my hair was done, I asked my son's turn. Until then they told me they don't do men's hair cut anymore. Plus commute 1 hours, my son wasted 2 hours because of their rude arrogance and unprofessionalism. They showed no apology.
