Tech was super sweet but I did not leave satisfied. I told her in the beginning I wanted to go short but she would only cut inch by inch. I expected to loose atleast 6 inches. I had to keep saying shorter and still didn't get what I was looking for. The longer I sat the more it was costing me and after she was informed her next appointment was there I felt pressured to get out her chair. Lovely woman but disappointed in the service.
MY FIRST EVER APPT: ⬇️ Wow, Wow, Wow!! . . .she is amazing! Aliya was so accommodating in getting me in as fast as possible to fix a problem that I created myself with my hair!! She is sweet, kind, professional and is a colorist. She saw what I did (bleached my hair with store product), assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do while talking me through all steps along the way.
