Had excellent service from hairdresser Mojgan. Very friendly, very attentive to details - not rushed at all. Definitely my go-to place now
I went in for a cut the ladies accomodated me same day , they get very busy but made some time.I appreciated that they made me feel comfortable , encouraged me to keep my hair and did a great job with the cut.A big plus l have afro mixed hair.l highly recommend.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Valentinos. Despite booking in advance, they cancelled at the last minute. When rescheduled, they shockingly disregarded my clear instructions, adding unnecessary extras that blew the cost to $440. This blatant disregard for customer requests is appalling, especially since it's not my first disappointing experience here. Poor attention to detail and lack of listening are major concerns.
