The salon where you start as a client and become a friend. I trust Michelle so much I just let her do what she wants and have always walked out looking great. Michelle is especially good with colour correction if someone else has messed up your colour - she can fix it. Over the last 15+ years I have also had my hair done by her daughters Chantelle and Natasha who are talented stylists in their own right.
