I honestly cannot thank this salon enough. They squeezed me in last minute when they absolutely didn’t have to and it turned into one of the most emotional and meaningful experiences for me. This was my first haircut and salon visit since having to shave my head for chemo and I cried (happy, overwhelmed tears). Wow! This salon is everything! Yesterday l walked in with the most warm and friendly staff and they fit me in for a toner that l desperately need on the day ! They were so busy and l would never get this service back home in Melbourne where l reside. My hair turned out exactly how l wanted and the salon itself is stunning and such a relaxing vibe! This is a must salon and l only wish they were in Melbourne ! I will definitely go back when l am in Ocean Grove
The girls at Utopia are sensational. They are extremely professional and are fantastic hairdressers. I have a cut and color and ever time I visit they make me feel valued and important. They listen to how I want my hair cut and colored and the will suggest alternatives or designs if needed. Thank you girls for making my visits so relaxing. I come out feeling a million dollars. Jan
Took my 13 year old daughter for a haircut today and she got the full service. It’s the best haircut she has had!. Framed her face and beautifully blowave. I’m very happy as I have noticed at other salons there is less care taken with teenagers and children’s hair. we will all be going to this salon now.
