My experience at Upscale Salon was one of a kind! My hair is very long and naturally curly and Jenice was able to not only give me a wash, cut, blow out in a decent amount of time l walked outta there with that NEW NEW HAIR , That type hair that makes people double take, that makes people respect you lol 😂, even my bosses commented on my new haircut 💇 overall experience 10/10!!

Horrible service from the owner.... Her name is MiMi. I'm new in town from New York. 1st off, she rushes you if you go in without an idea of what you want. She never gives you her professional input, If you ask her for an opinion she gives you a generic answer, "I like everything". She's all about money, not hair health. She over-charges for sew-in's...which starts at $200. I was extremely nice to her, but was secretly taking notes from the sloppy hair wash to her loud pitch voice and her extremely heavy hands. Never will i go here again. I went in with a concern after taking down a style and instead of just giving me advise, she tried to give the blame i was not even giving her to me. Save your money go to another shop.

This salon is pure hype, from start to finish the whole experience was horrible. 1) tv and music blasting 2) over booked all her clients 3) child labor and un-licensed 4) no consultation before she started cutting my bundles 5) after I asked why she was cutting my hair she said it was an extra $50 to leave them whole. However,you cant UN-CUT something once its done. And 6) she still expected to be paid in full and tipped.

I had an amazing experience at Salon Upscale. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. My stylist, Mimi was on time and waiting on me. I really appreciated that. I showed her a picture of style that I wanted and she achieved it. Two weeks in and I'm still loving my style and constantly receiving compliments. I would definitely recommend this salon. I encourage you to stop by and experience it for yourself!

Very nice staff. Beautiful salon but they charge me $65 for rolls. She cant do my hair with is natural curl. :( disappointed
