I’ve been knowing the stylist forever. Had a welcoming experience and was very satisfied with my hair.
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience was terrible. I showed up a little early to my appointment. A client was in the chair getting finished up, so I thought. 30 minutes past my appointment time, another client walks in from the shampoo room. I realized I was in a triple-book situation. 45 minutes past my appointment start-time, I speak up and ask when I’ll be out of here, because I had an event to go to, hence why I booked at 11am to have time to get ready afterwards. I was asked if she could trim my ends and she cut my hair in layers. My hair was down the middle of my back. Its sad because my co workers and fiancé noticed it too.
