Been here once and seems like a very sundown town salon. So if any POCs come in keep that in mind. Also my stylist was POC and I saw how they treated her. Let’s just say it wasn’t a comfortable experience.
Terrible customer service and hair color with MOLLY! I mean look at the photos and you can see what I mean. My hair looks even worse when I straighten it. This is just after blow drying it!!! I can’t even let my hair down. Once I reached out to Molly about my hair, she tried to give so many excuses for why it looks so bad instead of owning her mistake and try to be transparent about it.
