I hired a hair artist and a makeup artist from Salon Twelve for my wedding this year. Unfortunately, they both dropped out of our contract one month before the wedding. They refunded the deposit and the amount I had already paid for our trial. They recommended a replacement, but when I let them know that that replacement was not available for my date, they did not reply and did not help me find a new hair and makeup artist. Always such a lovely experience going to Salon Twelve, especially getting my hair done by Cortney! She has been doing my hair for years now and never disappoints. She is so kind and does an excellent job every single time. Never going anywhere else!
Love going to this place..great vibe and awesome friendly people. Sarah is my go too. Always does a great job and flexible with my schedule.
Their website says M-Th, open until 7pm. Well it's 5:20pm on a Weds, and guess what, they are closed. Every single time I come when it says they are open they are CLOSED.
