Had a wonderful experience. Kate took the time to understand my preferences and the haircut turned out great. A relaxing head massage was a bonus. Will definitely visit again!
I usually go to Tokyo Allure but decided to try their other Richmond location, Salon Trefle, after seeing Simranjeet Kaur’s video and review from about 9 months ago. I booked the same stylist, Kate. I showed Kate a photo from online and explained that I wanted the same style but with less bulk. I also showed her the exact length I wanted cut instead of just saying “2 or 3 inches” (lesson learned from a previous experience at the other salon), which really helped. I visited trefle to get highlights and the exceeded my expectations. I’ve always been used to hair dressers not getting my colour right, especially when they bleach it, my hair is always orange. But when I say they did a phenomenal job, they did. My hair has never looked so good! I love this place.
Today I visited Trefle and my stylist was Kate, I showed her my reference and she did exactly what I wanted. Awesome service, I have a lot of hair and she did amazing job, haircut 💇♀️ done they way I wanted, she was really attentive to details and dedicated to work, definitely would visit again and would recommend to my friends and family ❤️
