Saw Airi for the first time today! Loved the whole experience and service. Listened to what I wanted and concerns about my thin hair. She was able to educate me on what kind of hair I have and gave reasonable expectations. Very kind, fun and knowledgeable! Would recommend for fine and thin hair girlies like me :)
