I booked an appointment for two people at the same time yesterday and unfortunately arrived about 10–15 minutes late due to traveling a long distance. I completely understand that being late can affect scheduling. However, I was disappointed that my technician was unable to accommodate me at all because she had another client afterwards, after asking if I had shellac on which I did on my big toes.
