This has been my go to salon for the past year. I’ve had a great expierence every time. However during my recent appt on 4/10/26 at 11:30am, I had the worst gel mani ever from here. I’ve never been particular about what nail tech does my nails at this salon since usually everyone’s good. But the girl who did my nails this time cut my cuticle too deep and I was bleeding. My wife booked a 12pm pedicure appointment for me for my birthday based on her positive experience at this salon. I walked in the place was PACKED! The woman looked surprised to see me, asked my name, then when I told her I was there for pedicure she looked puzzled, we both looked back to see a customer just getting seated at the pedicure station. My wife booked a 12pm appointment for me based on her positive experience at this salon. I arrived about 3–4 minutes late because I wasn’t sure where to park. There is a misleading small parking lot in front of the store. Once I stepped inside, I let the woman at the front know I was there for my appointment.
