I Have just moved into the area and had no idea where to find a GOOD salon,,, So I asked this young lady where she went to get her hair cut and hilights. She said Salon 1380!! She told me just how easy it was to find, Right behind the Conastoga Steak House, on Westgate Parkway. The stylist were so nice and they all treated me like they had known me for years.
