love this place! it's always good vibes in there. Shimi's kind, fiery, and hilarious personality is balanced by Seoyoung's calm, sweet energy. The staff are always polite and competent, and it's a refreshingly multi cultural team. It's always the highlight of my day to get a haircut here -- and it's a dang good haircut too!
Shimi and his staff are the absolute BEST! Besides being a wonderful person, Shimi will listen to you, communicate your options, then give you the hairstyle you asked for, only better!

Requests completely ignored, did what she wanted with my color when I made it clear what I did not want. The cut was done carelessly without thought or time. Shimi, the owner laughed and they both gaslit me. Not what i wanted, not what I asked for…apparently they reserve their great service for other people because I just paid $180 plus tip and I need to go get a clot and a cut
