My stylist Suyoung listened to my thoughts on the hairstyle I wanted. I showed her the picture and she immediately got it. I wanted to find a hairstyle in the neighborhood who knew the Asian hair better, and I'm glad I found Suyoung! I kept got compliments from people about my new hairstyle, and I will definitely come back!

Absolutely terrible experience. I would never return to this salon. From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt extremely unwelcoming. I didn’t even receive a proper greeting, and the overall atmosphere immediately made me uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but wonder whether the way I was treated had anything to do with the color of my skin, because the vibes felt very off. My stylist, Charlie, made this experience even worse. I am such a big fan of this salon and the staff there! Charlie has been styling my hair for about two years and in that time she has always been amazing to work with. She listens, offers suggestions and takes feedback really well. I have never left with an unhappy cut or color. I walked by and decided to stop in, and they were able to take care of me right then. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed, but Shimi took one look at my dry hair and offered me several options and suggestions. I have been much happier with my hair ever since and have been back 3x. Highly recommend.
