Shimi and crew are wonderful!
Shimi and staff were absolutely amazing. I scheduled my appointment last minute, and he was able to fit me in for a MUCH NEEDED highlight and cut!!
Spoke to the owner briefly who had a very snotty and pompous attitud. Very unprofessional demeanor. Super rude, doesn’t listen and talks over you during a phone consultation. Initially said he would be open to using products you bring in (“I’ll use whatever you want”) if you have certain concerns about base color or breakage then contradicts himself to upsell you on his color lifter for $100 more which turns your hair bright orange AFTER I expressed wanting to veer away from an orange color palette.
