When I called to make the appointment (2021), I requested a master stylist who was experienced with platinum hair. The receptionist referred me to Olivia and booked my appointment. She assured me Olivia was qualified and experienced with blonde hair. So I made the appointment. My hair did not come out platinum or blonde at all. In fact, it was an ashy brown. I’m very disappointed. I have been waiting about 3 months to be seen, 1 week before my scheduled appointment, I’m called to be notified that I’m a new client since I haven’t been in 1 year and my stylist isn’t accepting new clients. That’s bad business.

They are ALWAYS NICE and courteous and greet me as I walk in the door. Sabrina has been cutting/styling my hair for years. She's the ONLY one I trust to cut my very curly hair! Highly recommend.

I went to see Dara at Salon Surreal with a frizzy mess of uneven brown hair and asked her for a makeover. At first I was nervous, but when she finished my hair I was obsessed! I unfortunately had to dye it back quickly because I had to deploy but I would love to go back and have my hair done again at some point. I have tried other salons but I just loved the kind, genuine, hard working girls at Salon Surreal and will definitely be back!
